Watch Iron Man with my friend Ice....

Due to my hectic schedule ("hectic gyud?"hahaha) being a movie buff is out of my circulation lately. Well finally last Friday I was able to go to cinema, I'm dying to watch "Iron Man" in the big screen ("I know it's already late ,but it's better to be late that never.Right?"). I want to watch it in a big screen I don't want to download it nor bought a pirated DVD of that.Honestly I find it hard to find someone who can accompany me in watching "Iron Man"("I don't have bf, thats why =(..lol") , all my pareng and mareng in the office are busy. Good thing when I asked Ice to watch a movie with me she immediately replied "yes" without a second thought("Thanks Ice").

"Iron Man" in my own view is the best marvel movie I've seen this year so far. The special effects in this movie exceeds my expectation quietly. The lead star Robert Downey Jr. known as "Tony Stark's" in the movie, make an impressive remarked in portraying he's role. While Gwyneth Paltrow is still the sexy Gwyneth P., portray the role of "Pepper Pots" Tony's loyal secretary. In this movie it doesn't exposed her acting that much which is also good, cause it's really focus on the lead character. Jeff Bridges played as a "villain" in this movie makes an outermost remarked in playing the role. Terrance Howard played as "Rhodey" one of Starks colleagues, who has a military background, well like Gwyneth he's exposure is limited but it's alright. All the cast in this movie two thumbs up...GOOD JOB!

If ever you failed to watch this I suggest you should watch it, cause it's worth every penny you spend.Synopsis? Sorry I don't want make a synopsis of this so that you can able to stimulate your senses, especially those people who didn't watch it. Well I can tell you the ending... Tony Sparks revealed that he's the "Iron Man" during the press conference.Then lastly this is amusing Tony received a message from Col. Nick Fury offering him to join the team of "Avengers" lead by "Captain America" ("I wonder maybe in "Iron Man 2", the avenger makes a special appearance...hmmm I can't wait to see that.")

We enjoyed the movie so much that's why we repeat it twice ("but it's useless cause we end up talking instead...ahahaha...diba ice???thanks Ice I enjoy watching this movie with you..mwah")

The Death of my former boss.....

Last week I received a text message from a close friend Hannah (my former co-worker in DLPC) that Mr. Al Aboitiz died, ("FYI: Mr. Alfonso Aboitiz is the president (owner) of Davao Light and Power Company, where I used to worked before"). Then I ask my friend who's working there right now just to confirm everything, then I found out that it's true.I even ask her what the cause of Sir. Al's sudden death ,she said that the management told them that Al died in a tragic accident. That's the only reason I've got even in the radio station can't give the exact cause of he's death,they have the same statement "Al died in a the tragic accident". I keep asking myself what kind of accident happened to my former boss, maybe he has a sort of illness that is incurable or the plane he's riding went crash or he got ambush. Well this speculations ends when I research about he's death on the internet ("curious lang ko oi...."), I'm trying to search what's the real reason behind it, after all he's my former boss.I'm totally shock when I found out what's the cause of he's death. The news goes like this..."Alfonso Aboitiz, 48, was found by the helper lying on the bed in the guest room bathed in his own blood about 7 p.m. She immediately called Aboitiz' brother Jimmy, who lived nearby.Responding paramedics of the Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation headed by Michael Gabi declared Aboitiz dead shortly after they arrived in the house."-taken from Cebu Daily News-. Seriously I stopped for a while, I really can't believe Al will commit suicide.

I remember when I was still working in DLPC.I always got a chance to see him and there was a time our path crossed in the office twice or thrice?("I forgot that already"), then he will tell you "kumusta?" with a very pleasant smile then I replied "Ok, lang sir" then move("haha, maulaw sad ko oi feeling close?"). He's in early 40's then but when he smiles I'm sure many girls will go gaga over him. He has a sweetest smile that can please you, a youthful looking guy that it's hard to guess what he's real age, and a nice man that you can look up to. Well for me I look him as my boss ("hes not my type, iyaha bro ako type si Jimmy, kay bata pa..hahaha"). Sometimes when I looked at him at the distance, I always ask myself ("What it feels to be sir Al's wife?he's rich, definitely good-looking, and nice man...parang kang nanalo sa lotto. And what it feels to be categorized as one of the elite people in the society?all people look-up to you,treat you like a king....hahay ang saya siguro noh?").Well now I'm really surprised about this tragic event I can't believe that the person who has everything in life, a life that other people wishes to have ends he's life in a minute. I can't believe that a warm smile that I saw before lies a burden inside.

I really don't know what's the real reason why he spare he's own life or did he really spare he's life? It's a hanging question, but I do believe I don't have the right to know it. I'm praying for he's soul, hope he can enter God's kingdom and I'm also praying for he's family the pain they felt know is indescribable ("My warm condolence to the Aboitiz clan.")

P.S. : Surely money can't buy happiness some of us wishes we have everything in life a power,a fame, a glitzy lifestyle. But if we try to look at it these stuff we wish are useless , in order to be happy live life with all the people you love and not on the things you love.

David vs. david, but David Cook won the crown in A.I.

The two David matches up for the title of American Idol Season 7. David Cook (24) and David Archuleta (17), these two men heat up the floor as they perform there last piece last night. I know David Cook will bring home the tittle ("I do have a clairvoyance, that's my secret!..hahaha").Honestly I watched American Idol because of our very own Ramiele Malubay I really love her big voice, despite she's petite but cute girl ("I love Ramile"). Since then watching American Idol is a part of my routine already. From the start up to last minute of this season I keep an eye on, who will be send home and who will stay. So that's why I know that David Cook has a big percentage to bring the tittle for this season. Aside from being definitely a good looking guy he has a husky voice that could catch your attention("I like guys who have a husky voice, very masculine..hehe"). Does it sounds he's my favorite?Yes so true, hope he will make an album soon, cause definitely I will go over it **wink**.Well this season is over, I'm looking forward for the next season. I hope another Filipino will step in American Idol stage again and somehow could won the tittle ("naks naman, malay mo"hahaha). Two thumbs-up to David...Cheers..mwah

Cleveland Cavs is out...arrggg....=(

I know that this post is already late, I was supposed to make this Monday morning. But due to the fact that I'm not happy in the recent result of NBA playoffs right now cause obviously my Cavs didn't make it...("arrrggg,hate it!")I'm a huge fan of Cleveland Cavaliers ("everyone knows that!lol). I'm thwarted cause I was expecting that Cleveland can make it through the finals like last year.If they won over Celtics I know Cleveland Cavaliers will won over Pistons again, I'm sure of that ("hahaha,feeling kaayo bah!").I have three reason why I'm looking forward for this season. First I wanted to see the huge poster that Nike will be made for there two biggest endorser Lebron James and Kobe Bryant ("Lakers is my bet in West")it's a little bit crazy but I'm excited to see that huge poster hanging in Nike stores. Second if ever Lakers didn't won over San Antonio Spurs, I'm excited that the two teams come face to face again("Last year San Antonio won over Cleveland, it's time for Cavs to take revenged.haha"). And lastly I love Lebron James ("psst..he's my future husband..hahaha")I really wanted to see the huge man #23 kick some ass in the court, he's the reason why I'm a basketball fanatic now. Well like what they always say "expect the unexpected" I never expect my Cavs didn't make it, but theres always a second changes.Maybe next year they will bring the bacon, I'm looking forward to that ***wink***. So for the meantime I bid my farewell to Cavs, see you next year..ja ne!

My 1st year anniversary party experience in Eversun.

I woke up exactly 7 in the morning eat my breakfast, take a bath, clean my room and had a little surfing on the net. Then after that I prepare my clothes for tonights party..hehehe(“hindi halata na excited,prepare gyud?”).To tell you honestly I'm excited maybe because I miss some of my friends in the night shift and of course it's time to unwind for awhile, away from our computer and task.(“hey it's time to relax and enjoy”). We arrived I think 7:00 p.m. in the office (“Me,mads Jo,Bevs and Darlyn wala si Wiwit kasi nag kasakit daw..hmmm”). The party held at the rooftop of our office, I saw Kuya Cesar, Ice and Kuya Mic seems very busy that night (“hmmm..bakit kaya?any idea Ice”), and suddenly beautiful Lyka approached us and gave our name tag. After that we find place to stay and we found Ariel and the rest of our friends in the other corner so we decided to go there and wait for the program to start. Taking pictures while talking.


Suddenly Ma'am Ivy announced that the program will be started in a few minutes. Well the program starts smoothly Ma'am Ivy started it,then the prayer lead by Clent. The first and the last performer in that evening is the group of Ate Aweng I called it group because I don't know some of them except for Ate Aweng and Kiev. I was amazed when Ate Aweng sings (“she has a very good voice, a smooth voice that you wont be tired to played it over and over again, Naks!te may hidden talent ka pala.”). After a while dinner is served, wrapped in Styrofoam. I though it was a buffet dinner but it wasn't, no choice but to eat it (“Aubrey libre nah ayaw nah pag inarte diha..hehehe”). Actually the food was not that satisfying, except for the salad ***toinks!(“sorry God I know many people terribly needed food and here I am complaining..and knowing it's free so stop complaining Aubrey!hahaha”) but no worries I still enjoying my meal because of the serene voice of Ate Aweng, serves as a background music while were eating.

Well dinner is over and back to the program again, I though Ma'am Ivy will be the emcee in that evening but she introduced another person to be the emcee. I don't know him honestly he's face is not that familiar to me, he's a night shift agent.Well he started quite good by he's silly jokes. We laugh for a while one thing I don't get it is he keep on blaspheming words just to make us laugh, which is not funny anymore. Knowing our bosses are there, he doesn't mind what came out to hes mouth. I know it's not easy to stand in front just to entertain people, but as far as I'm concern you don't need to throw blaspheming words in order to entertain a crowd. I don't want to sound so rude but what I wrote here is based on my observation, so respect it.

The program starts good but in the end we are all cheesed off, I wanted to participate in the game but I lost my interest due to “kababuyan effects”hahaha. Well thanks to Ate Aweng without her serene voice that night is laying waste and Kuya Cesar for taking pictures, he become a professional photographer that evening. If I'm going to rate this party from 1-5, my rate will be 2 for the talent of Ate Aweng, Kuya Cesar and for the effort of Ma'am Ivy and the rest of our bosses to make this party possible. The party is far from my expectation, I though it will be an enjoyable night. I'm bent out of shape that night but anyway it's a bitter pill to swallowed***wink***.

P.S. :For the 2nd emcee sorry but next time try to avoid word such as “putang-ina” and other inappropriate words, cause some people doesn't want to hear that. You don't have to swear words just to entertain people.Just walk on eggs before you said anything.***wink****

Mother's Day Celebration

We celebrate Mother's Day ahead of time, instead of Sunday the usual day to celebrate it we make it Friday cause dad will work on Sunday. We went out and eat dinner at Banoks, we order a scrumptious food that's good enough for the four of us. Tuna belly,Tuna Panga (jaw), Chicken Barbecue, and etcetera. It's just a simple dinner that we usually did, the important is we're complete and we have good time together.

Sunday it's Mother's Day!after attending the mass, we bought cake and ice cream for mom.weeee....the continuation of Mother's day celebration.

Food Trip....
