i know this story. its all about pretending. i've been in the same situation before but it's a different story. that's why express what you feel inside, don't be shy. the world is so big and life is too short. Dont waste your time being shy and pretentious. If that's the case you'll miss out a lot of things about life. explore , speak out!. don't worry about what people would say. or worry about the outcome, either bad or good, consider it as a consequence. Atleast you've tried. rather than regretting it ur whole life .. *just a piece of advice in my own opinion* didnt say follow it. i just show the real world.
